We went 5-1 for the weekend with our only loss in the championship game. The girls had a lot of fun and of course it does help when you are winning. The girls handled themselves very well, even in a couple games when we won by a large margin.  They did not get cocky and played those games in a sportsmanlike manner.  I was very encourage when we walked off the field after one of those games and parents and coaches from the Brighton team told us that they were very impressed with how we played but more important how our girls handled the situation and that we just played hard.  I was happy with all phases of our game but I did tell the girls that we still have room to improve, which as a coach I'm always looking for ways to improve.  Overall, a very good weekend. Coach Duane
